Transcription
$30.00 per hour, which is equivalent to $2.00 per audio minute (2017-2024)
Rate Increases to $33.00 per hour, January 1, 2025
(One-third deposit is required on all transcription projects)
Administrative Services
- Bulk Mailing Services | $20.00 per hour
- Data Entry | $20.00 per hour
- Handwritten/PDF to Word format | $2.00 per page
- Letters | $25.00
- Temporary Services | $30.00 per hour
Paper checks via U.S. Mail and Net 30 payment terms cannot be accepted, except in cases of full prepayment of services.
Electronic payments via ACH Direct Deposit, Paymode-X, or Single Use Account Programs (SUAs) are preferred.
All Major Credit Cards are Accepted and may be called in Securely to TTS, Inc. at (216) 347-7139.
Due to constantly increasing costs, all SUA and Credit Card fees will be charged backed to clients beginning January 1, 2025.
MBE and WBE Payment Terms: Net 7, 10, 14 and 15.
